Customizations and Upgrades
The following options are available to upgrade or customize your coop to best meet the needs of your flock, your environment, and the human caring for them.

Opening Roof
Allows greater ease of access to the interior for cleaning and catching your birds.
Recommended for coops with an automatic solar door, roll out nest boxes, and/or 1/2" mesh flooring.
This upgrade is available for the Henitentiary and Folsom coops.
Automatic Solar Door
This automatic door integrates with the front ramp door. It can be programmed to open and close at specific times of morning and night, or by light levels. The batteries are recharged daily with an included solar panel.
This upgrade is available for the Henitentiary and Folsom coops.
1/2" mesh flooring
Coops come standard with 1" mesh welded wire flooring, which allows waste to fall through, and works well against most ground predators when used in conjunction with electric poultry fencing.
For added protection, customize your coop with 1/2" mesh hardware cloth flooring to keep out ground predators.
This customization is available for the Henitentiary and Folsom coops.
Roll-out nest boxes.
For clean eggs protected from egg eaters, roll out nest boxes can replace the milk crate next boxes on wheeled coops.
This upgrade is available on the Henitentary (a set of 3) and the Folsom (a set of 4) wheeled coops.
