Compact in size, and entirely freestanding, the brooder has a 24" x 18" footprint, with a 15" tall brooding space and an overall height of 37"
A shop lamp with a heat source can be placed directly on the 1/2" mesh hardware cloth top - no need to move it to give your little fluff balls love because this brooder has a hutch front door.
Enclosed in cedar, it is both functional, aesthetically pleasing, and naturally repels insects.
Capacity
Can hold up to 8 chicks for the first few weeks post hatch.
