Henitentiary and Folsom wheeled coops come standard with 1" mesh welded wire flooring, which allows waste to fall through, and works well against most ground predators when used in conjunction with electric poultry fencing.
 
For increased protection from ground predators, have your coop built with 1/2" mesh welded wire flooring instead. 
 
Please note: while this increases security, waste does not fall through as readily and you will need to plan on hosing your coop out more frequently. Because of this, it is recommended to also have your coop built with an opening roof.
